The story behind Forward Konnect
Our founder, Karl Haddad, spent years working in corporate environments across business development and customer relations. From inside those organizations, he saw the same problems repeatedly: inefficient processes, disconnected systems, overworked teams, inconsistent customer experiences, and businesses paying for solutions that weren't necessarily solving the problems they had.
He saw an opportunity to do things differently.
Karl's vision was to create a company that could bring people, technology, operational solutions, and connectivity together — and actually help businesses implement those solutions rather than simply recommend them.
That vision became Forward Konnect.
Today, we work with businesses across North America and internationally, helping them improve operations, customer service, lead generation, technology, and day-to-day efficiency.
We are based in Dallas, Texas, at 8080 North Central Expressway, Suite 1700, with operations and offices in North America and the Middle East.
But while the business has grown, one thing has stayed the same: we believe business relationships should be built on trust.
