AT&T Fiber for Business & Home

Here is how a fiber inquiry actually works — whether the address is a storefront, an office, or a house.

  1. 01

    Checked by address, not ZIP

AT&T Fiber availability is determined by address, not simply by city or ZIP code. That's why we check the exact location before discussing what can be ordered.

  2. 02

Built around what your business runs on

For businesses, the right fiber connection needs to support cloud applications, VoIP, video conferencing, payments, security systems, and day-to-day operations.

  3. 03

    Kept simple for homeowners

For homeowners, the priority is simpler: Is AT&T Fiber available at my address, what options are currently offered, and how soon can it be installed?

  4. 04

    One local partner for both

As an authorized AT&T dealer, Forward Konnect helps with both.

We don't publish outdated speeds, pricing, promotions, or availability. Current AT&T options are verified for your specific address at the time of inquiry.

AT&T Business Fiber

For a business, internet is the foundation for almost everything you do. The right business fiber internet solution should be evaluated based on how your company actually operates — not on a headline download number.

01

Reliability & Business Support

A residential outage is an inconvenience. A commercial outage stops revenue, so business service, escalation paths and — where the operation warrants it — contractual repair commitments become part of the decision.

02

Upload & Download Performance

Cloud backups, video calls, large file transfers and hosted phone systems push data out, not just down. Businesses that only look at download figures routinely buy the wrong shape of connection.

03

Static IP Options

Some businesses require static IP addresses for VPNs, servers, security systems, remote access, or other business applications.

04

Multi-Location Connectivity

Businesses with multiple locations need each address checked individually and the overall connectivity strategy considered together.

05

Contract & Pricing

We help you understand the available AT&T Business Fiber plans, terms, pricing, and options before you order.

Explore AT&T Business Fiber for availability checks, comparing current business options and managing the order through installation. For businesses requiring higher levels of reliability, we can also evaluate dedicated internet access and multi-location connectivity. If fiber has not reached your street yet, our business internet options page covers the workable alternatives.

The right business fiber decision starts with how your company operates — not a headline number.

03

AT&T Fiber for Home

Three things move a home order along: the complete service address exactly as mail is delivered to it, the name the account should be in with a phone number and email for scheduling, and a sense of when you want service live — a move-in date, a lease start, or simply as soon as possible. Installation appointments are scheduled by the carrier, so earlier notice gives more options.

If the answer at your address is that fiber has not arrived yet, we say so plainly and note the location so it can be revisited later — we would rather tell you "not yet" than leave the request open or sell you something ill-suited.

No guesswork. No outdated online coverage information. We check the address first.

04

What Happens After You Submit Your Address?

Your request goes directly to our team.

Within one business day, we'll let you know what AT&T Fiber options are available at your address and what the next step looks like. Business inquiries usually get a short call to go through the options and the trade-offs behind them; residential inquiries often need no call at all — just the availability answer and, where service is available, the current options so you can decide.

For business customers, we can also review your broader business internet, wireless, phone, and telecom needs to make sure your connectivity strategy makes sense as a whole. That wider review starts at our business telecom hub, and a free telecom cost audit is the fastest way to put your current bills in front of us. How the dealer arrangement works is described openly on our AT&T authorized dealer page.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Can Forward Konnect really order residential AT&T Fiber, or is this business only?

We handle both. The availability check and the ordering process work the same way for a home address as for a commercial one, and we do this regularly for owners and staff of the businesses we already work with. What differs is scope: businesses get an ongoing local point of contact for their account, while residential help is focused on the availability check, the order and the installation coordination.

Why won't you tell me the price or speed before I give you the address?

Because any figure we gave you would be a guess. Fiber offers differ by address and change over time, so a number quoted from memory or from a page written months ago is worse than no number at all — it sets an expectation the actual order may not match. Give us the address, we pull what is genuinely available for it, and you see real options.

Does it cost anything to order through you instead of directly with AT&T?

No. There is no markup and no fee for the availability check or the consultation. The terms you accept are the carrier's own current terms for your address. As an authorized AT&T dealer we are compensated through the dealer program, which is the whole arrangement — described in full on our dealer relationship page.

What if fiber is not available at my address?

We tell you straight away rather than leaving the request open. For a business we move on to what the address can support, including non-fiber options and backup connectivity, and flag the location for build-out. For a home there is usually less to work with, so the honest answer is often "not yet" plus a note to revisit — and we would rather say that than oversell an alternative.

I'm ordering for a home office. Which side of this page applies to me?

It depends on what the work needs, not on what the building is. If you are a remote employee or a solo consultant on video calls, a residential order is normally the right fit. If clients or systems depend on that connection — hosted phones, a static IP, on-premises equipment, or downtime that costs you money — read the business section and mention it when you send the address, and we will lay out both paths.
